Refund policy

1.What is the time frame for returns and exchanges?

We support orders returned within 30 days from the date of signing, due to personal reasons for product damage and refusal not to support the exchange of goods.

2.Specific instructions for the return of goods

Return requirements for merchandise eligible for return:

a. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original brand box and all accessories (the transparent encapsulating adhesive paper on the outer box of the merchandise has been torn open is also considered open), please understand!

b. All unopened merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt, return received and confirmed within 7 working days for a refund. 3.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Special promotional products, customized products, and any other item that states on the product page that it is not returnable or exchangeable.

Free gifts are not returnable or.

 

About return and exchange shipping instructions:

a.If you receive the goods and find the product has quality problems, we will accept the return of this product after providing the relevant package. And we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

b. If you receive the goods and find that the product is sent wrong, please contact us to provide your single number. Verify that the goods were sent wrong, you can choose to return the goods for goods, and we will bear the return shipping costs.

c. Non-quality problems and the buyer's own reasons for the return of the goods, the buyer to bear the goods returned to the postage and re-send the shipping costs.

 

3.How do I return or exchange an item?

Return and exchange application: Please contact our customer service e-mail lucy@aocfits.com for return and exchange application first. We expect that it will take 1~3 working days to process the application, after the application is approved, please return the goods that need to be returned or exchanged along with the list of products to be sent, according to the address in the return or exchange confirmation email.

Please understand that we are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered products if they are returned by non-queryable courier.

 

4. Return process:

Contact customer service mailbox for return and exchange registration → Provide pictures of the returned goods → Customer service confirms the return and exchange application → Send back the returned goods → Return confirmation → Refund or exchange is processed

 

5.Method of refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 1~3 business days and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the money will be refunded automatically via the original payment method:

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. Refunds generally take 6-8 business days to arrive, depending on your bank's processing speed.
